Who we are
A New Orleans company, rooted here since 2015.
I.R. Properties began in 2015 as a local landlord with a very small portfolio and a handful of residents placed through housing programs. We're from here, and today we own and manage rental homes in neighborhoods all across the city and into Jefferson Parish. Housing programs and case managers refer renters to us, and we provide the home. Since 2015, more than 1,000 New Orleanians have called our homes theirs, and we're still growing, one home at a time.
