I.R. Properties

Section 8 and Housing Choice Voucher rentals

Since 2015, I.R. Properties has rented homes across Orleans and Jefferson Parish. We’re a local New Orleans company. We own and manage rental homes, and we work with housing programs, including HANO.

How it works

  1. Ask for current openings. Email Candy at candice@irnolaproperties.com or call 504-495-8717. Availability changes often, so we’ll send you the homes that are open now.
  2. Schedule a showing. Send your name, phone, your housing program or voucher (if any), and the days and times that work for you.
  3. Work through your program’s steps. Your voucher program has its own paperwork and approval steps. We work with you and your program as the landlord.

For case managers and housing programs

Housing programs and case managers refer renters to us, and we provide the home. To get our current openings by email, send us your name, organization and email, and we’ll add you to our list.
