I.R. Properties began in 2015 as a local landlord with a very small portfolio and a handful of residents placed through housing programs. Today we own and manage rental homes across Orleans and Jefferson Parish.
Working with PSH programs
As a landlord, we have established working relationships with local housing programs and organizations, including LDH Permanent Supportive Housing. They refer renters to us, and we provide the home.
How to refer a renter
- Join our openings list. Send your name, organization and email to candice@irnolaproperties.com, and we’ll add you to our list.
- Ask about a home. Email Candy or call 504-495-8717 with the renter’s name, phone, housing program, and the days and times that work for a showing.
- Schedule a showing. We’ll set up a time to see the home.
