Programs we work with
We rent homes to residents served by these local and statewide housing programs. Here is a short note on each one.
Housing agencies and programs
- LDHPermanent Supportive Housing
A statewide program pairing rental housing with supportive services. We work with the program and rent to residents it serves.
- LHCLouisiana Housing Corporation
Louisiana's housing finance agency, which runs rental assistance programs. We work with LHC programs and rent to their residents.
- HANOHousing Authority of New Orleans
The public housing agency for New Orleans, including Housing Choice Vouchers. We accept residents using HANO vouchers.
- UNITYUNITY of Greater New Orleans
A collaborative of agencies working to end homelessness in the region. We work with its housing teams to rent to the people they serve.
- JPJefferson Parish Housing Programs
Jefferson Parish housing programs, including JPHSDD vouchers and the Housing Authority. We currently have residents housed through both.

A nonprofit offering housing and support services. We rent to residents it serves.
- Covenant House New Orleans
Shelter and services for young people experiencing homelessness. We rent to residents it serves.
- Hotel Hope
Shelter and services for families experiencing homelessness. We rent to residents it serves.
- Travelers Aid Society of Greater New Orleans
Services and housing help for people experiencing homelessness. We rent to residents it serves.
- Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana
A nonprofit offering human services, including housing programs. We rent to residents it serves.
- Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans
A social services organization, including housing and homeless services. We rent to residents it serves.
- Ozanam Inn
Shelter and services for people experiencing homelessness. We rent to residents it serves.
- NAMI New Orleans
A mental health support and education organization. We rent to residents it serves.
- JPHSA
A public authority providing behavioral health and developmental disability services. We rent to residents it serves.
- Responsibility House
A recovery support organization. We rent to residents it serves.
- Easterseals Louisiana
Services for people with disabilities and their families. We rent to residents it serves.
- Save a Saint
A New Orleans community nonprofit. We rent to residents it serves.
- The Ladies of Hope Ministries (LOHM)
Transitional housing and rapid rehousing for people rebuilding after incarceration, homelessness, or domestic violence. We rent to residents it serves.
- Priority Health Care
A nonprofit community health center on the Westbank offering primary care, behavioral health, case management, and a housing program partnership. We rent to residents it serves.
